FOR THE EVENT ORGANIZATION ONLINE SERVICE AT REVELTIME.RU
By accepting the terms set forth below, the registered user of the RevelTime.ru website, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," enters into this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") with Gaudeamus Limited Liability Company, represented by Director General Oleg Alexandrovich Vorobiev, acting on the basis of the Articles of Association, hereinafter referred to as "RevelTime," regarding the following:
1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. By accepting the terms of the Agreement, the Client orders and expresses consent to the terms of service provision, and RevelTime undertakes to provide the Client with a complex of services related to the search and provision of event organization service packages (hereinafter referred to as "Packages") using RevelTime software products, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. Ordering of Packages (hereinafter referred to as the "Order") is carried out by the Client by filling out special electronic forms on the RevelTime website located at www.reveltime.ru (hereinafter referred to as the "RevelTime Website"). Such forms contain all the necessary information for the proper processing of the Order.
2. PAYMENT AND REFUND PROCEDURE
2.1. To ensure Client comfort, facilitate the execution of the Agreement by its participants, unify the payment system, and maintain RevelTime guarantees, payment for Packages is carried out by the Client exclusively through RevelTime's settlement accounts. RevelTime undertakes to settle accounts with the performers directly providing and implementing the Packages (hereinafter referred to as "Principals") in accordance with agency agreements (contracts) concluded between them and RevelTime.
2.2. In case of payment via a payment system (using electronic money, bank cards, and other payment instruments), the Client must pay for their Order no later than 24 hours from the moment of its confirmation by the Principal on the RevelTime Website (pursuant to clause 3.2 of this Agreement), but no later than the day preceding the start of the event. In case of payment by bank transfer, the Client must pay for their Order no later than 3 (three) business days from the moment of Order confirmation by the Principal on the RevelTime Website (the basis for such payment is the invoice available to the Client on the Order page after confirmation). If the issued invoice is not cancelled, the Client bears payment obligations to the venue. In case of late receipt of funds, the Package is not provided, and RevelTime returns the transferred funds to the Client in accordance with clause 2.4 of the Agreement.
2.3. The Client's obligation to pay for the Order is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Client's settlement account or bank card. A copy of a bank payment order does not constitute proof of payment.
2.4. Commissions for MasterCard, Visa, and MIR payment systems when paying by bank card are included in the rental price indicated in the venue catalog on the RevelTime Website and may vary depending on the chosen payment instrument. In the event of a refund to the Client under the terms of the Agreement, RevelTime shall reimburse the withheld commissions of the MasterCard, Visa, and MIR systems.
2.5. If a Package provided to the Client does not match its characteristics on the RevelTime Website, or if the Package is provided at times not corresponding to the Client's Order confirmed by the Principal and paid for by the Client, RevelTime shall fully or partially refund the money paid for the Package. RevelTime independently determines the amount to be refunded based on reports of violations of the terms of the Agreement in accordance with clause 4.2.2.
2.6. In cases described in clause 2.5, by mutual consent of the Client and RevelTime, RevelTime may provide the Client with another package corresponding to their Application instead of a refund. The Client's consent to the provision of a venue must be confirmed by an email sent from the email address specified in the Client's account.
2.7. In cases not provided for in clause 2.5, the service is considered fully rendered from the moment of payment. Cancellation of a paid booking is subject to the venue's terms published on the venue's page. More favorable refund terms may be additionally agreed upon with the Principal.
2.8. Refunds are processed based on an application received from the Client at admin@reveltime.ru, strictly back to the settlement account of the same bank card or using the same details if payment was made via bank transfer. The refund period shall not exceed 7 business days.
3. TERMS AND PROCEDURE FOR EXECUTING CLIENT APPLICATIONS
3.1. The placement of an Order by the Client on the RevelTime Website is understood by the parties as the issuance of a corresponding instruction by the Client to RevelTime. The term for executing such an instruction expires no later than the start time of the event specified in the Package.
3.2. RevelTime, within 4 hours after the Client places an Order (limited to business days from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Moscow time), coordinates with the Principal and, on their behalf, confirms or rejects the Client's Order, notifying the Client via email. The confirmation notice is sent to the email address specified by the Client in their registration form or personal account. Considering RevelTime's obligations in clause 4.1.3, email messages are considered supplementary. Such messages are deemed received by the Client even if the email containing the link to the confirmed Order is rejected by the Client's incoming mail server.
3.3. Upon successful confirmation of the Order by the Principal, the Client may obtain an invoice through the RevelTime Website and pay it in accordance with clause 2.2. The Client may also use payment systems to pay for the Order.
3.4. The period allowed for the Client to pay for a confirmed Package is 24 hours for bank cards and payment systems, and 3 business (banking) days for bank transfers (subject to prior receipt of an invoice). If a Package was confirmed by the Principal less than 3 business days before the event, payment via bank transfer is not permitted. If the Package was confirmed less than 12 hours before the event, bank transfer is not permitted, and the time for payment via bank cards/payment systems is limited to 40 minutes. If payment is not made within the allotted time, the Package is cancelled, and RevelTime bears no further obligations to the Client regarding said Package.
4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. RevelTime's Obligations:

4.1.1. RevelTime must act in strict accordance with the Client's applications.

4.1.2. RevelTime must execute the Agreement with maximum benefit for the Client, prioritizing the accuracy of Order execution.

4.1.3. RevelTime ensures the uninterrupted operation of the Website for at least 90% of the time on a "24x7" basis. RevelTime provides user support via the phone numbers specified in clause 4.2.2 on business days from 11:00 to 19:00 Moscow time.
4.2. Client's Obligations:

4.2.1. The Client must reimburse RevelTime for expenses incurred and pay the remuneration stipulated by the Agreement within the established timeframes.

4.2.2. The Client must notify RevelTime of all instances of receiving venues of improper quality or at improper times. Such reports are accepted exclusively via the hotline (+74959781642) no later than 30 minutes after the start of the event (if the issue was identified at the start) or 30 minutes after identifying the issue (in all other cases).
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND LIABILITY
5.1. For non-performance or improper performance of their obligations, the parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.2. All disputes and claims arising from or in connection with the Agreement shall be resolved through consultations and negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in courts of general jurisdiction or arbitration courts according to their jurisdiction.
5.3. RevelTime's liability to the Client is limited to the cost of the Packages paid for by the Client. RevelTime is not liable for losses (either direct damage or lost profits) incurred by the Client as a result of actions or omissions of the parties or third parties.
5.4. In case of material damage to the Principal's property, the Client bears full financial responsibility to RevelTime. Refusal to sign a material damage report does not exempt the Client from liability.
5.5. Before the event begins, at RevelTime's request, the Client must sign a handover certificate for the venue and other property of the Principal. Starting work at the event without signing the certificate constitutes unconditional confirmation by the Client that all property is in good working order.
5.6. By posting any content (text, photos, videos) on the Website, the Client grants RevelTime a full, unconditional, and royalty-free right to use these materials. The Client guarantees they are the lawful copyright holder of the materials and have the right to publish all objects depicted (logos, characters, etc.).
6. MISCELLANEOUS
6.1. Information obtained in connection with this Agreement is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except when transferred for the purpose of concluding rental agreements, if the information becomes public knowledge, or if requested by competent authorities.
6.2. Documents received via facsimile or email using the addresses provided during registration have full legal force.
6.3. This Agreement enters into force upon acceptance and is concluded for an indefinite term.
6.4. Either party may terminate the Agreement. RevelTime may terminate it unilaterally at any time without compensation for losses, provided all paid Packages are fulfilled. The Client may terminate by deleting their registration and contact data.
6.5. The Client must immediately notify RevelTime of any changes to their registration data.
6.6. By accepting these terms, the user waives previously concluded agreements with RevelTime, provided there are no current disputes and all prior obligations have been fulfilled.
