Rooftops for anniversary in Moscow

A rooftop party is very susceptible to the weather. Give some thought to where guests could take cover if it rains, and what would happen to everything else you might have brought onto the roof for the event, including furniture, equipment, and food. You might want to make sure you have large folding umbrellas or an awning, just in case!

Celebration marking the passing of a round number of years since an event; typically a birth of some kind. Anniversaries are celebrated both in relation to individuals and to organizations, cities, and other larger entities.
