An art space is generally speaking a large area with works of art positioned throughout. Visitors to an art space won't usually move around it in the same way that your guests will, so give thought in advance to how you might change the positioning of the artworks so that your guests won't come into contact with them. Damaged works of art can cost a pretty penny! Discuss the rules for interacting with the artworks with the venue owner, as well as the policy for paying for any possible damage to them. The most expensive or fragile pieces are best removed from the hall, or at least cordoned off with a ribbon.
Photo sessions take place in photography studios divided into different zones with different interiors. You can bring your own photography equipment or hire it at the venue for an additional fee.
